Call for contributions

The Central Data Archive in the University Library in Bratislava organizing the 5th International Conference LTP 2022. The focus is on recovery and long term sustainablity of LTP archives. Conference will be held on November 10, 2022 in Bratislava, Slovakia, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

For an effective exchange of experience in building LTP (Long Term Preservation) archives, we appeal to experts and organizations for submissions contributions to the following topics:

• Operation of LTP archives and web-harvesting solutions
• Long-term sustainability and increasing the operating efficiency
• Format challenges
• Technology renewal and new trends in technology

If you have a suggestion for a contributions that we could use to enrich our conference, send the title with a short abstract by August 5, 2022 mailto: // katarina.valova@ulib.sk

If you know of someone who would be interested in our conference and would like to present their own results and experience in the field, feel free to send them this call for contributions.

The conference will take place physically and will be streamed. Part of the costs (travel, accommodation), will be paid to the speakers by mutual agreement. We plan to publish a printed and electronic collection of the conference's contributions.
